Low Floor Bus Complaints

I am not sure if this mail reaches the right people. But I sincerely hope that some action is taken on these people.


On Sunday the 5th of September a Ernakulam Low Floor Non A/C bus KL15- 8244 in Kaloor hit into my car while overtaking another bus. He stops the bus 25 meters away and argues with me. He abuses me. Tells me that vehicles hitting each other is common. He is only a temporary driver so he does not care and tells me you can go to the police station and do what you want.


FOR YOUR INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS 2 MONTH OLD LOW FLOOR BUS IS DAMAGED IN ALL POSSIBLE PARTS INCLUDING THE GLASS. ON INVESTIGATION THIS ROUTE THE DRIVERS CHANGE EVERYDAY AND ONLY TEMPORARY DRIVERS WHO EVEN THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH MURDER BECAUSE HE IS FROM KSRTC.
WHILE THE CITIZENS OF KERALA THINK THAT THE KSRTC IS DOING A GOOD JOB. NOW IT LOOKS LIKE PRIVATE BUSES ARE BETTER. THIS IS THE REALITY. EVERY TRAFIC POLICE STATION IN ERNAKULAM GETS DAILY COMPLAINTS. THE PLIGHT OF THE NEW BUSES ARE TERRIBLE.


Maniacs driving buses are not acceptable. Will someone at KSRTC take this particular driver to task. His name is Binu. Only the conductor had a good behaviour and fully cooperative.
In fact case was informed to the Station Master Mr.Antony
