Hi Sir,
My name is Shilpa. I am a commuter of Oyur - Kottarakara route. We are having only Private Buses in this route(1 OR 2 KSRTC also plying in this route). The employees of the private bus are very rude and they dont know how to behave or respect people, even Senior citizens are not spared. Kindly allot KSRTC chain services on these routes as this is one of the busiest and profitable route and save us from the monopoly of private buses. I would like to thank the Minister of Transport for implementining Thiru Kochi services in Cochin City.
