Requesting to start TSR to EKM Jetty chain service via IJK, KDLR, PRR. Buses shoud start from Sakthan stand TCR, not from KSRTC TCR depot. Please try to keep a gap of maximum 15 mins between 2 buses. This will enhance the collection of the existing TSR-KDLR chain service.

Also requesting MALA-IJK-TCR ordinary buses.

Sir, its a complaint cum suggestion that i'm here to say.. Out of the 15 new low floor buses that are getting ready in Kochi for service, not one is being directed in Maradu-Kundanoor route.. The route not only saves time but also reduces a great deal of traffic at Vyttila junction.. The new service is said to help Kochites during this Onam season but the routes currently set doesn't look helpful to common people.. Traffic jam is a common everyday scene in Kochi so at a festival time like Onam, one can only imagine the stress of travelling to city.. Please look into this matter..

In the thiru kochi busses , the ladies seat reservation is not strictly done. My wife used thirukochi from kacheipady to fort kochi 2 days then reverted back to private service only for 1 reason : the conductors maintain a discipline that front seats are reserved for ladies and men should not occupy it and should stand behind. Why KSRTC does not enforce it ? if 1 lady is sitting in 1 seat , then a man an come and sit next to her . conductor says this is KSRTC cant do anything.

Respected Sir,

We are daily passengers of Ayoor - Kottiyam bus route [via. Oyoor-Ithikkara].

Thousands of passengers are daily commuting on this route. However, there are only very limited number of K.S.R.T.C. buses are running through this route which results a lot of hardships to passengers. All buses including private buses in this route are overcrowded. Hence, the Public are using other vehicles to reach in time. In order to reduce such hardships of passengers we would request to sanction KSRTC Chain Service through this route which will be very helpful for the grieved passengers.

We requested the K.S.R.T.C Authorities; Again we, would like to invite your kind attention in this matter and request you to do the needful at the earliest.

Thanking,

Yours faithfully,

THOMAS JOHN,
ROADUVILA.

Sir,
I am a resident of Railway Quarters, Thampanoor. Due to reconstruction of Bus stand some of the buses and being given temporary stopping on the road side of Manorama Road (in front of Southern Railway Staff Quarters.

I am owing a car and a scooter and most of the time I am finding it difficult to come out of my residential accommodation in vehicle due to parking of KSRTC buses in front of the Railway quarters gates (Both gates adjacent to the bus sheds).

I have intimated this matter to so many Inspectors on duty and to some of the dirvers and conductors. But the frequency of such incidents are on high side and we find it difficult to manage the situation on emergency time as some of drivers leave the bus and others not obeying the instructions of inspectors.

I therefore humbly request your good self to do the needful to avoid recurrence of such acts.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,

S. Jayachandran.
